In Memory of Dad

It is 3 years ago today that God took our dear loving dad home to be with him, oh how we miss him so much and wish he was here with us today. Our hearts are aching to be with you dad and to see your sweet smile and to hear you laugh. We don't know why God saw fit to take you away from us when we need you the most, we are holding on to the many memories that we have and are looking forward to seeing you again some day. We love you dad.

One of dad's highlights was to come down to the Outer Banks, he would get ready all summer to come down. We are missing him this week.

I didn't get a pic of the beans after they were shelled, they look like a lima bean and taste like peas. It was fun doing them but it was a very long day.

Have a great day!!!!

We had a blast even though it rained some of the time we were there. They have 11 roller coasters there and we rode on all of them but 4 which are Fahrenheit, Storm Runner, Sidewinder and Great Bear, it would take me alot of nerve to ride on those 4. Just watching them made you feel sick. Gene and Lorriane didn't go on any roller coasters, they get sick if they ride them, so they took Tyler on same of the kiddie rides while the rest of us went on the big rides. Can't wait to go again next year.
